What areas do you deliver bounce house rentals to?
We are based in Oak Lawn, Illinois (60453) and deliver across Chicago's South Suburbs and Southwest Suburbs plus Northwest Indiana — including Chicago, Midlothian, Oak Lawn, Tinley Park, Orland Park, Evergreen Park, Alsip, Burbank, Bridgeview and Hammond, IN. Is delivery, setup and takedown included in the rental price?
Yes. Every inflatable rental price includes delivery, setup, takedown and pickup. Our team handles the entire process so you only have to enjoy the party.
Do you clean and sanitize the inflatables between rentals?
Yes. Every bounce house, slide and interactive is sanitized and inspected before it goes out on delivery. All of our units are commercial-grade equipment.
Are you insured?
Yes — we are a family-run, fully insured party rental company serving Chicagoland.
What power do inflatables require?
Inflatables run on a standard household outlet within reach of the setup area. If your event is at a park, field, parking lot or anywhere without a convenient outlet, we rent a 6500W generator that powers most inflatables, with fuel and operating instructions included.
How long is a standard rental?
Inflatables and yard games are priced per day, and you can extend a booking up to 7 days when you reserve online. The Video Game Truck runs on fixed session slots of 1.5 or 2 hours, with extra hours available at $250 per hour.
How far in advance should I book?
Book as early as you can — you can reserve online 24/7 and popular summer weekend dates go first. If your date shows as unavailable, call 708-223-7900 and we will do our best to make it work.
Do I have to pay the full amount up front?
No. Booking online takes a deposit to lock in your date — 35% for inflatable orders, or a flat $175 for Video Game Truck bookings. The remaining balance is due for your event.
Does someone stay to run the Video Game Truck?
Yes. The mobile video game trailer comes with a trained game coach who runs the whole experience. The trailer is climate-controlled, seats up to 24 players and is loaded with PS5, Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch on HD screens.
Do water slides come with a pool?
Yes. Every water slide ships with an attached splash pool and anti-slip steps, plus full delivery, setup and pickup.
Is Gellyball safe for kids?
Gellyball is a low-impact game designed for ages 6 and up. Gellyballs burst on contact and leave no mess, and every package includes blasters, gellyballs, eye protection and inflatable barriers.
Can you supply tables, chairs, tents and concessions too?
Yes. We rent 10x10 pop-up and pole tents, 6ft round tables, 8ft long tables, chill tables and folding chairs, plus popcorn, cotton candy and snow cone machines so you can host the whole event with one order.
